Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it to operate, secure, and support at3.in.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how at3.in collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase or manage a domain or subdomain, contact support, or otherwise use the service.

By using at3.in, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login details, verification status, and support communications. We may also collect order information such as selected domain or subdomain names, purchase date, renewal date, expiry status, payment status, invoices, and transaction references.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, DNS records, Cloudflare-related configuration, security logs, authentication logs, and usage events necessary to operate and protect the service.

3. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive and store payment confirmations, transaction identifiers, status information, invoice information, and fraud-prevention signals, but we do not intentionally store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless expressly stated by the payment provider flow.

Payment and order records may be retained to comply with tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and refund-policy requirements.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify users, process purchases, provision and manage domains or subdomains, maintain DNS and proxy features, provide support, send service notices, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve reliability, detect misuse, and plan product improvements.

5. Refund, Transfer, and Support Records

Where you request support, a domain or subdomain change, or review under the refund and domain change policy, we may review account records, payment records, DNS configuration, activation logs, timestamps, and usage signals to determine whether the domain or subdomain has been purchased, used, configured, activated, or otherwise consumed.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, once a domain or subdomain has been purchased, refunds are not available. If the domain or subdomain has not been used, a one-time transfer to another available name may be requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours after purchase, but no refund will be provided.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help operate at3.in, including hosting, DNS, Cloudflare-related infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, and compliance providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, governmental request, provider policy, abuse investigation, security incident response, protection of rights, or enforcement of our Terms.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure service usage, and detect abuse. You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit account or checkout functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account and domain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

Some records, including transaction, domain, security, and abuse-prevention logs, may be retained after account closure where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet service, DNS system, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

10. Your Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or service-integrity reasons.

Service notices related to accounts, purchases, security, expiry, DNS, and policy changes are transactional and may continue even if you opt out of promotional messages.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact at3.in through the support channel made available on the website or from your account. We may request additional information to verify and process your request.
