1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of at3.in, including the registration, renewal, configuration, and management of domain or subdomain services made available through at3.in. By creating an account, placing an order, making payment, or using the service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service

at3.in provides registration and management of names under the at3.in domain, including Cloudflare-backed DNS, SSL, proxy, and related configuration features where available. A registration grants you a limited, revocable right to use the selected name for the purchased term, subject to these Terms, payment, technical availability, and applicable law.

Registration does not transfer ownership of the at3.in parent domain, registry rights, trademarks, platform infrastructure, or any intellectual property belonging to at3.in or its providers.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account, contact, and order information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe that account information is inaccurate, the account is compromised, payment has failed, or use of the service violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or security-invasive activity, including phishing, malware distribution, spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or infringement of third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the content, DNS records, applications, services, and traffic associated with your registered name. We may suspend, remove, or disable any registration or configuration that we reasonably determine violates these Terms, applicable law, provider rules, or network integrity requirements.

5. Payments, Term, Renewal, and Expiry

Fees are due at the time of purchase or renewal and are stated before checkout. Each registration is valid for the purchased term. Unless expressly stated otherwise, registrations do not renew automatically.

If a name expires, we may provide a grace period on the terms displayed at the time. After expiry or the end of any grace period, the name may be disabled, released, reassigned, or made unavailable without further notice.

6. Refund and Domain Change Policy

All purchases are final once a domain or subdomain has been purchased, provisioned, reserved, activated, or otherwise used. If the domain has been purchased, no refund is possible.

If the purchased domain or subdomain has not been used, configured, activated, pointed to DNS records, connected to services, or otherwise consumed, you may request a one-time transfer of the purchase to another available domain or subdomain name within the first twenty-four (24) hours after purchase. This remedy is limited to a domain or subdomain name change only.

No cash refund, wallet refund, credit refund, bank reversal, or payment reversal will be provided in any case. After the first twenty-four (24) hours, or after any use of the purchased domain or subdomain, no transfer, replacement, cancellation refund, or refund-equivalent remedy is available.

7. Availability and Changes

Availability checks are informational until the purchase is completed and confirmed. We do not guarantee that any requested name will remain available, suitable, lawful, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the service where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, provider requirements, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

8. Third-Party Providers

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, including DNS, hosting, email, payment, and security providers. Your use of the service may be subject to the applicable policies, limitations, outages, and enforcement actions of those providers.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, suspensions, data loss, or configuration issues caused by third-party systems, incorrect DNS settings, force majeure events, or acts outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, at3.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, service interruption, or loss arising from domain unavailability, suspension, expiry, misconfiguration, or third-party provider action.

10. Termination

We may terminate, suspend, reclaim, or restrict a registration or account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create legal or security risk, violate provider policies, or use the service in a manner that may harm at3.in, its users, or the public.

Termination or suspension does not entitle you to a refund except where expressly required by applicable law.
